Our physical therapist and personal trainers have ample time to talk with patients, learn about their lives and give detailed advice.
This extra time allows physical therapists (PTs) to do more than help patients heal from injuries and regain mobility--they can also help them learn to pursue wellness, achieve greater fitness and possibly avoid injuries in the future.
Our program design is specifically tailored to each individual and also depends on your “fitness level”. We also provide programs for special cases such as injured or limited mobility patients.
To start out, our personal trainer/physical therapist (PT/PTs) takes a brief story of your health and medical conditions. After which you are then asked about your ideal target weight. A musculoskeletal checkup is performed by checking your mobility, stability, and balance.
